  • Device Telemetry: Sensor data from connected IoT devices (temperature, humidity, voltage, etc.)
  • Device Status: Connection status, IP addresses, and firmware versions of IoT devices
  • Usage Data: App usage patterns, feature interactions, and session information
  • Location Data: Device coordinates for map visualization (if configured)

2.3 Push Notification Data

We collect Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) tokens to send push notifications about alerts and device status updates. You can disable push notifications in your device settings at any time.

8. Account & Data Deletion

You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by:

  • Emailing us at contact@netrak.in with subject "Account Deletion Request"
  • Contacting your organization administrator to deactivate your account

Upon receiving a deletion request, we will delete your account, personal information, notification preferences, and push tokens within 30 days. Anonymized telemetry data may be retained for operational purposes. You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been deleted.

9. Children's Privacy

Our Service is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.
